Paint/Fix Up Application
The Lawrenceburg Main Street, Inc. has established the Paint/Fix Up Assistance Program for business and residents in the target area, defined as: Walnut Street, from Route U.S. 50 to High Street, (within the Levee District), and High Street, from the Vance Tousey House on the West Side, to the end of High Street on the East); the target area also includes Short and Vine Streets, from High to Center Streets during the first year of operation and may be extended, with board             and city approval.

Lawrenceburg Main Street, Inc. will pay 50% of the cost of all paints, supplies and labor up to a maximum of $1,000.00 for businesses and 100% of the cost of paint, supplies and labor for residents up to a maximum of $500.00 on all          approved applicants.

Grant funds are distributed directly to the supplier, and/or professional painter, upon satisfactory review by the LMS, Inc.’s Design Committee and/or Project Director.
